SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for orders over 59 €!

All orders ship within 1-3 business days!  Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday.  You will receive a confirmation email instantly after you placed an order! Please check your promotions folder if you didn't receive one. Sometimes the email goes there and that's why you can't find it!

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive it until tracking information is made available. So please don't be worried!

As we ship orders Monday - through Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends. If you did not receive an email with tracking details or have questions, please feel free to contact us at:

Lastly, please note that preordered items means we are creating these beautiful pieces to you and it usually takes around 7-10 business days to ship your order. You can contact us to know the exact restock time! If an item is on preorder, it will either be indicated in the purchasing click button. If an item in your order is on preorder whereas the other item(s) is not, please note that the entire order will ship together!
